Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Accessories

• Hair products

• Handmade items

• Beauty services

Please double-check sizing and product descriptions before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@cltfashion.com with photos so we can assist.

Store credit may be issued only in rare cases of damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect sizing

• Shipping delays

• Worn or used items

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule.
